    This is the best chicken salad.

    List of Ingredients




    8 cups chopped chicken (cooked with 2 or 3 bay leaves)
    2 cups chopped celery
    1 cup sweet pickle relish
    2½ cups mayonnaise
    1½ cups chopped pecans

    I use boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together and chill for several hours or overnight before serving.
