Can't Miss Potato Soup

List of Ingredients
10 medium size potatoes
2 carrots
2 onions
4 cups water
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepperRecipe
Cut potatoes in bite sized pieces. Boil potatoes in the 4 cups water along with the sliced carrots and chopped onion. When potatoes are done, add the evaporated milk and cream of chicken soup. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
This soup does not turn out too thick or too thin. It is great heated up the next day.
