Slow Cooker Stew

List of Ingredients
1 lb. beef stew meat
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 can (14.5 oz) beef broth
1 can (11.5 oz.) V8 juice
3 celery ribs, chopped
3 medium carrots chopped
1 large sweet onion chopped
3 bay leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen cornRecipe
In a 3 qt or larger slow cooker, combine the first 12 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or until meat is tender. Discard bay leaves. Add corn and peas the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
