Freezer-Fresh Creamed Corn

3 (16 oz) packages frozen shoepeg corn (partially thawed and divided)
½ cup margarine
1¾ to 2 cups milk
1½ to 2 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
sugar to tasteRecipe
In food processor or chopper add 1 package corn and process until almost smooth.
Melt margarine in heavy skillet or sauce pan over medium heat, stir in pureed corn, remaining 2 packages corn, milk, salt, pepper and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until desired thickness, stirring often.
Serves 10-12.
