Marinated Carrots

List of Ingredients
2 pounds of carrots
1 large onion, chopped
green pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 cup sugar
½ cup oil
¾ cup vinegar
½ tsp mustard
2 T Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Scrape, wash and slice carrots. Cook until tender. Drain well. Add onion and green pepper to cooked carrots in a large bowl. Combine soup, sugar, oil, vinegar, mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Pour over carrot mixture. Cover tightly and chill for several hours or overnight.
