Chinese-style fried rice

List of Ingredients
3 Eggs
2 Tablespoons water
4 Strips bacon, diced2 cups thinly sliced green onions, green tops reserved for garnish
1 Tablespoon freshly grated gingerroot
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
7 cups cooked white rice
½ cup white table wine
½ cup Mr. Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce Recipe
1) Brown bacon in large skillet over medium heat. Drain a small amount of grease from pan
and push bacon to side of skillet.
2) In a small bowl, whip eggs with water and pour into skillet with bacon. bacon.
3) Scramble eggs over medium heat and then toss with bacon.
4) Add green onions, ginger and garlic to the bacon, egg mixture and sauté 1 minute.
5) Add the cooked rice, wine and Yoshida sauce to bacon, egg and onion mixture and cook
until heated through, approximately 3-5 minutes.
6) Garnish with green onion tops and serve
