Cranberry Souffle
We had this every christmas and thanksgiving when I was a kid. Don't be put off by the miricle whip, it's really quite good. Since this is a big batch, I'd half it for 2-3 people
List of Ingredients
2 pkg lemon jello
1 c boiling water
1 c cold water
2 c miricle whip
2 cans whole berry cranberry sauce
1 17 oz can crushed pineapple
1/2 c walnuts
Recipe
1.Add jello to boilng water in a sauce pan. Heat & stir til dissolved. Remove from heat & add cold water. Blend with beater, refridgerate.
2.When firm about 1" from the edge but soft in the center, remove. Beat until fluffy, and fold in remaining ingredients.
3.Chill until firm.
