I came up with this just throwing stuff together in my kitchen.
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
1 T emerils rustic rub(find recipe on this site under meats)
4 porkchops
salt
olive oil
Recipe
1.Mix together bread crumbs, cornflake crumbs and rustic rub. Put on a plate.
2. Sprinkle salt on porkchops, then coat with crumbs.
3. Put some olive oil in a hot skillet, then fry porkchops until they are done.
