Pasta with Gorgonzola and Parmesan

12 ounces BUITONI Refrigerated Fettuccine
3 tablespoons butter
2 large cloves garlic peeled and minced
4 ounces Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/3 cup whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic and cook until just fragrant, about 1 minute. Add Gorgonzola and milk; stirring until smooth. Blend in cream, salt and pepper and heat until hot; do not boil. Toss with cooked pasta and Parmesan. Serve immediately.
