    1 chicken, cut up
    2 T flour
    1 c hot water or chicken broth
    1 1/2 t dry mustard
    2 t worstershire sauce
    2 t ketchup
    paprika

    Recipe



    1. Brown chicken; remove.
    2. Add flour to reserved fat and stir.
    3. Add water and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the sauce, then add chicken and simmer 1 hr.

    **My gradmother always doubled or triple the gravy part.
