Cream Peas on Toast

Tis may sound a little odd, but its really good.


List of Ingredients




4 T butter
4 T flour
1 1/2 c milk
12 oz. pkg petite peas
1/2 to 1 t salt
bread of choice

Recipe



1.Melt butter in a pan over med. heat. Add flour and cook for a few minutes.
2.Add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constently or it will stick and burn. Cook on high boil for 1 minute. Add salt to taste.
3. Add peas and heat.
4. Serve over your favorite toasted bread.
