Hot Sausage Dip

List of Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
2 8oz. pkgs cream cheese
1 16 oz. container sour cream
1 can Rotelle tomatoes (diced tomatoes with chili peppers)
Tabasco to taste




Recipe

Crumble sausage and fry until brown. Drain grease (rinse if you want to eliminate more fat). Add cream cheese and stir until softened. Put into crock pot and add remainder of ingredients. Stir occasionally. Serve with taco chips.
