    Bacon Chedder Bread for Bread Machines

    For 1 1/2 - 2 pound loaf:

    1 1/4 cups milk

    2 tablespoons margarine or butter

    1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

    1 teaspoon salt

    3 1/2 cups bread flour

    2 teaspoons yeast

    3/4 cup cheddar cheese* -- grated

    3/4 cup bacon* -- cooked and crumbled

    Put ingredients in the machine in the order listed, except for cheddar cheese and bacon. Add the cheddar cheese and the bacon as soon as the dough has formed a ball (I just do it at the beep). Allow to knead for 3-4 minutes. Adjust liquid or flour content if necessary.
