    3/4 cup water
    1 1/2 teaspoons butter
    1 to 3 teaspoons finely minced fresh garlic
    2 cups plus 1 tablespoon white bread flour
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
    1/2 teaspoon dried sweet basil
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    2 teaspoons active dry yeast

    Recipe



    Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.

    Select Basic bread cycle and start machine.

    Makes one 1 pound loaf.
