    Mom's Apple Spice Cake

    1 box Spice cake mix
    1-2 tbls cinnamon to taste
    1 can apple pie filling
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

    Recipe



    In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Stirring with large spoon till completely combined. I used a loaf pan, but I am sure you can use a bundt pan. Pour into well greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 for 40-50 min. I live in a high altitude, so it did take me about 50 min. You want to start checking it after a half hour. Cake is done when you insert tooth pick and it comes out clean.
