Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Pie

CRUST
24 NutterButter cookies, crushed fine
5T melted butter
FILLING
8oz cream cheese, softened to room temp
1T vanilla
1C smooth peanut butter
3/4C sugar
1 12oz tub Cool Whip
Recipe
Stir cookie crumbs and melted butter together, then press evenly on bottom of sides of a 9" pie dish. Mix cream cheese (I used lower fat Neufchatel and it was wonderful)peanut butter, sugar, vanilla until well blended. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into the cookie crust. Freeze for 4hrs.
