    2C Sugar
    1 Can (5.33 oz) Evaporated Milk
    ¼ Tsp. Baking Soda
    1 ½ C Pecans

    Recipe



    Combine sugar, milk and baking soda in a 2- or 3-quart size saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until light brown and until soft ball stage (238) about 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat, add pecans.
    Stir until mixture begins to thicken.
    Drop onto waxed paper.
