Cake Mix Gingerbread Cookies

List of Ingredients

1 box spice cake mix
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup molasses
2 tsp ground ginger
assorted embeleshments


Recipe

Combine cake mix, flour, eggs, oil, molasses, and ginger in a large bowl. Mix until thoroughly blended (will be soft) Refrigerate 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375, roll dough to 1/4 " thickness, cut with cookie cutters. Place cut outs on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes, or til edges start to brown. Remove immeadiately to cooling racks, continue to cool completely.
