    1 pkg brownie mix (plue ingredients)to make cake-like brownies
    1 cup of milk
    1/4 c instant coffee granules
    1 (12 oz)container cool whip, thawed aned divided
    2 pkgs Cheesecake Instant Pudding
    25 chocolate cream filled cookies (coarsly chopped)
    1/2 bag semi sweet chocolate chips (Giradelli's milk chocolate are best).
    1/4 t cinnamon

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray rectangular baker (8x10 or 9x10)-the smaller you go the higher the layers).

    Prepare brownie mix according to pakage directions for cake-like brownies. Pour batter into baker, spreading evenly. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Cool completely.

    Combine milk and instant coffee granules; stir until dissolved. Add half the cool whip and all the pudding mix (both boxes). Whisk until smooth. Coarsly chop cookies and fold into mixture. Spread over cooled brownies.

    Spread remaining whipped topping on top.
    Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
    Sprinkle with a touch of cinnamon.
    Refrigerate or serve immediately.
