    1/2 C raisins
    1 tbsp brandy
    2 C cream cheese, softened
    1/2 C whipping cream
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/4 C dark brown sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 C mini chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Mix raisins & brandy; coat well and soak for 15 minutes. In a med. mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and whipping cream until smooth. Add vanilla. Blend in the brown sugar & cinnamon. Mix in the drunk raisins & chocolate chips, blend well.
    Serve with grahan crackers, honeydew, strawberries, dried fruit, pound cake...
    Makes 3 3/4 C
