Apple Cinnamon Ice Cream

3 egg yolks*
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle® Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 cup applesauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped
*Use only Grade A clean, uncracked eggs.
Recipe
In a large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks until smooth; beat in Eagle Brand, applesauce and cinnamon until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan , freeze for 6 hours. You may also use your ice cream maker, and follow manufacturer's directions
