Recipe Introduction
You can use more berries if you like, just make sure the berry/sugar ratio is the same.
List of Ingredients
2 cups strawberries rinsed and dried
2 cups sugar
Recipe
Cut strawberries in quarters. Pour in bowl, add sugar, fold sugar over berries. Let sit overnight. Juices will come out. Stir together in bowl till sugar is all disolved.
Pour into saucepan, bring to rolling boil. Reduce heat to medium/low, let boil for 15 minutes. Stirring at intervalls. Pour into jars, and seal as directed from mason jar package
