- 1 egg white, stiff
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- Pecan halves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Mix and beat egg white and brown sugar.
- Add pecans.
- Coat pecans with mixture.
- Drop coated pecans onto greased cookie sheet.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
- Turn off oven.
- Leave pecans in oven after turned off to cool for about 30 minutes.
