List of Ingredients



• 1 Bag Oreo Cookies
  
• 1 Box Instant Vanilla Pudding
  
• 1 Box Instant Chocolate Pudding
  
• 1 8 ounce block Cream Cheese
  
• 1/2-1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  
• 2-3 Cups Cool Whip
  
• 1 Stick Butter/Margarine
  






Instructions



1. Finely crush 2/3 of the Oreos.
   
2. Mix with Butter/Margarine.
   
3. Spread into 9x13 pan.
   
4. Mix Chocolate and Vanilla Pudding as directed on pudding box.
   
5. Pour Vanilla Pudding over Oreos.
   
6. Pour Chocolate Pudding over Oreos.
   
7. Soften Cream Cheese and mix with 1/2-1 Cup powdered Sugar and 2-3 Cups Cool Whip in a Separate Bowl.
   
8. Spread over Cake.
   
9. Crush Remaining Oreos and Sprinkle over Cake.
   
10. Chill and Serve.
