    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground chuck
    • 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    • 1--8 oz. package sharp chedder cheese, grated
    • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    • 1/4 cup bread crumbs, toasted
    • 1/4 cup mayo
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    • 1/3 cup ketchup
    • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
    • 1--3 oz. can French fried onions


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2. In large bowl, combine ground chuck and next 8 ingredients, mix well.
    3. In small bowl, combine the ketchup and mustard.
    4. Stir 1/4 cup of the ketchup/mustard mix into meat mixture.
    5. Press meat mixture into a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan, or shape into a loaf and place on a rack in a broiler pan.
    6. Spread remaining ketchup/mustard mixture over loaf.
    7. Bake 40 mins.
    8. Top with French fried onions.
    9. Bake another 10-15 mins. or until meat is no longer pink.
