New England Clam Chowder

List of Ingredients
- 2 cans Snow's New England Clam Chowder
- 2 cans minced clams
- 1 can Pet milk
- 2 medium size potatoes, diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 2 strips salt pork, diced (pepper to taste)
- 1 tsp. parsley
Instructions
- Saute diced pork 5 minutes.
- Add onions and saute until soft, not browned.
- In the pot you are going to use, add water to cover pork.
- Add onions and potatoes and cook until done, but not soft. Just before it's done.
- Add clam chowder and minced clams.
- Add parsley, pepper to taste.
- Cook about 15-20 minutes.
- Add milk and butter.
- Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring often to keep from sticking.
