    Serves 6 People


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cans Snow's New England Clam Chowder
    • 2 cans minced clams
    • 1 can Pet milk
    • 2 medium size potatoes, diced
    • 1 large onion, chopped
    • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
    • 2 strips salt pork, diced (pepper to taste)
    • 1 tsp. parsley


    Instructions


    1. Saute diced pork 5 minutes.
    2. Add onions and saute until soft, not browned.
    3. In the pot you are going to use, add water to cover pork.
    4. Add onions and potatoes and cook until done, but not soft. Just before it's done.
    5. Add clam chowder and minced clams.
    6. Add parsley, pepper to taste.
    7. Cook about 15-20 minutes.
    8. Add milk and butter.
    9. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring often to keep from sticking.
