Recipe Introduction

"Back in the day"... when I dinked around trying to make the perfect cheesecake, I came up with this recipe.

List of Ingredients

2 C. graham cracker crumbes (1 pkg)
1/4 C. sugar
1/2 C. melted butter (no subs)
3/4 t. cinnamon OR nutmeg
2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese at room temp. (do not use low-fat)
1/2 C. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
3 T. sugar
1 C. sour cream
4 oz. mini choc. chips
1 t. flour


Recipe

MIx and pat 1st 4 ingreds inito a springform pan. Bake at 325 for 10 mins.

Filling:
Cream together cream cheese and 1/2 c. sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine flour and choc. chips until chips are coated. Disguard remaining flour. Fold chips into cheese minture. Pour into crust. Bake 25 - 35 mins. at 325. Let cool completely before adding topping.

Topping:
Combine 3 T. sugar and sour cream. Spread over cake. Refrigerate for 12 hours before serving.
