    I tried these cookies for hospitality at church and everyone loved them! So did my neighbor Todd!

    List of Ingredients




    2 1/4 c flour
    1 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
    1 t baking powder
    1/2 t baking soda
    1/2 t salt
    1 c butter
    1 c sugar
    1 15 oz can Libby's pumpkin
    2 eggs
    1 t vanilla
    2 c (12 oz. pkg) chocolate chips
    vanilla glaze

    Vanilla Glaze
    1 c xxx sugar
    1 T milk
    1/2 t vanilla

    Recipe



    Combine flour and next 4 ingredients in med. bowl and mix with wire whisk. Beat butter and sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in pumpkin, eggs and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by T. onto baking sheets. Bake 15 - 20 mins at 375°. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely. Drizzle or spread with glaze.
