Recipe Introduction

This is from Laurie's Aunt Judie. Laurie has it every year and *finally* persuaded her aunt to share the recipe! It's wonderful!

List of Ingredients

1 C. sugar
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
3/4 C. flour
3 eggs
1 t. baking soda
2/3 C. pumpkin
1/2 C. nuts

Filling:
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 C. xxx sugar
2 T. softened butter
1 t. vanilla


Recipe

Butter cookie sheet. Cover with wax paper. Butter wax paper. Mix all ingredients except nuts. Pour into pan and top with nuts. Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 mintues. Turn onto towel that is covered with xxx sugar. Roll all (even wax paper and towel). Let cool. For filling, beat all ingredients together. Unroll cake and spread on filling. Re-roll without paper and towel.
