Creamy Chix and Penne

List of Ingredients
1 lb. penne pasta, cooked, according to pkg. directions
4 c. steamed broccoli flowerets
1 onion, sliced
1 T. olive oil
1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chix breasts, cut into strips
3/4 c. drained, finely chopped sun dried tomatoes in oil
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. chix broth
2 T. balsamic vinegar
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
3/4 c. parmesan cheeseRecipe
Saute onion in oil; add chix and saute 4 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, and next 5 ingredients. Simmer 4 minutes. Drain pasta and broccoli and toss with chix mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
