    Santa Fe Chix

    List of Ingredients

    4 red potatoes cubed and nuked until tender
    1 lb. cubed chix
    2 T. olive oil
    1 C. salsa
    1 can corn, drained

    Recipe

    While potatoes are cooking, brown chix in large skillet in oil over high heat. Add potatoes. Saute until potatoes are browned. And salsa and corn and heat through.
