Fish with Mango Salsa

I use shark, salmon, or halibut for this recipe. It's about 4 pts. per serving.
List of Ingredients
1 large slightly ripe mango
1 small tomatoe, diced
1/2 C. fresh cilantro, chopped
2 T. red onion, finely chopped
1/4 C. lime juice
1 lb. shark fillets
1/2 t. salt
Recipe
Dice mango and mix with tomatoe, cilantro, onion and lime juice in a non-metal bowl. Cover and regrigerate. Set oven to broil. Place fish on broiler pan. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt. Broil for 3-5 mins per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve mango salsa on top of fish.
