4 c. cooked wide egg noodles
3/4 lb. cooked salmon, skin and bones removed
1 box sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 c. small curd cottage cheese
12 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mayo
3 T. finely chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 1/2 t. worcestershire sauce
1 t. salt
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/32 c. bread crumbs
2 T. butter
Recipe
Combine noodles, fish and mushrooms. In a separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, mayo, onion, garlic, wort. sauce and salt; add to noodle mixture and mix well. Stir in cheddar cheese. Pour into greased 2 qt. baking dish. Toss bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over mixture. Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins or until bubbly.
