This is by far Rob's favorite fish recipe!
List of Ingredients
2 T. teriyaki sauce
2 t. lemon juice
1 small piece of ginger root, grated
2 5-oz salmon fillets
2 green onions, sliced
lemon wedges for garnishRecipe
Combine all ingredients in large zip-lock bag and marinate in frig for several hours. Grill salmon on BBQ or broil, basting with leftover marinade. Cook 6-8 mins. per side, depending on thickness.
This is really good if you make the marinade with fresh salmon and freeze it for future use. As the salmon defrosts, the marinate really flavors the fish.
