Chile Relleno Casserole

Recipe Introduction
Steve and Laurie gave us some fresh chile's and then sent us this recipe. It's really great, but not so good left over. Eat it all the night you cook it!
List of Ingredients
1 6 oz. can evaporated milk
4 eggs
12 - 14 large chilies or other large chilies, roasted and peeled
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 T flour
3/4 lb monterey jack chs, grated
3/4 lb cheddar chs, gratedRecipe
Grease a 9 in square pan and place 1/2 the chilies in. Cover with 1/2 the cheese. Add another layer of chilies; then another layer of cheese. Beat eggs; add milk, baking powder, flour and salt. Pour over top. bake 45 minutes at 350.
Serves 6-8
