When we were first married, grandma taught me this super simple recipe. We often make it when we go camping!
List of Ingredients
One package lite polsa kielbasa sausage, cut into bites
4 potatoes, cut into bites
4 carrots, peeled and cut into bites
garlic salt
pepperRecipe
Cut four large pieces of foil and lay them out. Place 1/4 of the sausage on each, then one cut potatoe, and one carrot. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Wrap up and place on cookie sheet. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
