1 can condensed cream of broc. soup
2 boxes (10 oz. each) frozen broc. flowerets, thawed and coarsely chopped
2 C. cubed smoked turkey
1 bag (1 lb) frozen pearl onions, thawed
2 C. French-fried onion rings (Durkee)
Recipe
Heat oven to 350. In large bowl, whisk together the soup, 3/4 C. water and 1/8 t. black pepper. Add broccoli, turkey, onions and 1 C. onion rings; stir to combine. Pour into shallow 2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, in 350 oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining onion rings over top and bake another 5 mins.
