    Cashew Chix Salad with Mandarin Oranges

    List of Ingredients




    3 T. rice vinegar
    1 T. minced peeled fresh ginger
    1 T. soy sauce
    1 t. hoisin sauce
    1/2 t. salt
    4 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
    3 c. shredded chix breast
    1 1/2 c. bean sprouts
    1/2 c. chopped gr. onions
    2 T. dry roasted cashews
    1 11 oz can mandarin ornages, drained

    Recipe



    Combine first 6 ingreds, stirring with a whisk. Combine lettuce and remaining ingreds in a large bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss gently to coat.
