    This is one of McKenna's favorites!

    List of Ingredients




    3 cucumbers, sliced thinly
    1 C vinegar (plain white, or apple cider)
    1/3 C oil
    sliced onion (optional)

    Recipe



    Add all together, toss to coat and refrigerate until ready to serve, at least one hour.
