    List of Ingredients




    1 t. cumin
    1/4 t. salt
    1/4 t. pepper
    6 chix thighs or 2 large breasts, cut into bites
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can diced green chilies
    1 can pinto beans, drained
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1/4 c. minced cilantro
    1/4 c. sour cream

    Recipe



    Combine salt, pepper and cumin and sprinkle over chix. Put chix in crock pot and stir in onion, tomatoes and chilies. Cook on low for 3 hours. Stir in beans and cook another hour. Serve, topping with cilantro and sour cream.
