List of Ingredients
1 Gallon Hominy
1 whole chicken, boiled and shredded
1 lb new mexico chilies
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste
chopped cabbage
sliced lemons and limes

To make sauce:
Rinse and toast chilies in broiler. Remove seeds. Boil with onion and garlic until soft (10 minutes). Drain and reserve 1/2 water. In blender, whirl mixture.
Combine sauce, shredded chick and well rinsed hominy, along with oregano, salt and pepper. Cook on low 2 hours. Serve with cabbage, lemons, limes and more onions.
