    Uncle Tom's mom, Ann, makes this for Easter every year, and it's the first dish gone!

    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs. hash browns, thawed
    1 pint sour cream
    2 C. grated velveeta cheese
    2 T. minced onion
    1 can cream of chix soup
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 C. melted butter
    2 C. corn flakes cereal

    Recipe



    Stir together corn flakes and melted butter and let marinate. Mix all together except corn flakes and place in greased 9x13 pyrex. Top with corn flakes. Bake 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
