Recipe Introduction
When I was a little girl, one of grandma's neighbors brought this to a pot luck and my mom loved it and got the recipe. Mom has made this for years with a ham. Acutally, Aunite Dawn now makes it the best!
List of Ingredients
8 baked, cubed potatoes
1 C. mayo
4 T. vinegar
2 C. sour cream
1 C. 1/2 and 1/2
1 C. diced onion
salt
pepper
1/2 C. bacon bits
Recipe
Mix all together until potatoes are coated. Put into covered baking dish and place in 300 degree oven for 45 minutes. Stir often. Don't let it bubble!
