Recipe Introduction


This recipe used to be on the cocoa can. I haven't seen it on there for a long time. It is a tasty frosting.





List of Ingredients



• 1/2 cup cocoa
  
• 4 cups powdered sugar
  
• 1/2 cup margarine
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
  
• 1/2 cup evaporated milk (may need a little more)
  






Instructions



1. Mix cocoa and sugar. Cream part of the cocoa-sugar mixture with the margarine. Blend in vanilla and half the milk. Add remaining sugar and mix well Add remaining milk and beat to desired spreading consisteny. Use a little more milk if necessary.
