Fresh Cherry Ice

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups pitted sweet cheirries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Puree cherries in blender. Add sugar, water and lemon juice. Whirl until blended. Turn into 8x8x2-inch pan. Freeze until firm. Turn into large bowl of mixer; beat until smooth. Freeze again then beat again. Return ice to pan; cover surface with waxed paper and freeze until firm. Serve in scoops. Makes 4 servings

I believe you could freeze this in shave ice containers and use the shave ice machine.
