    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups pitted sweet cheirries
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Puree cherries in blender. Add sugar, water and lemon juice. Whirl until blended. Turn into 8x8x2-inch pan. Freeze until firm. Turn into large bowl of mixer; beat until smooth. Freeze again then beat again. Return ice to pan; cover surface with waxed paper and freeze until firm. Serve in scoops. Makes 4 servings


    Final Comments


    I believe you could freeze this in shave ice containers and use the shave ice machine.
