Cranberry Almond Bread

This is a great bread to make for Thanksgiving
List of Ingredients
• 2½ cups flour
• 1½ tsp. baking powder
• 1½ tsp. baking soda
• ½ tsp. salt
• 1¼ cups sugar
• 1 stick (4 oz.) butter, at room temp.
• 3 eggs
• 1 tablespoon almond extract
• 1 (16-oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
• ¾ cup sour cream
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan.
2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir to mix.
3. In a large bowl with an electric mixer, gradually beat sugar into butter. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Blend in almond extract.
5. Stir together cranberry sauce and sour cream, beating until well blended. Batter will be thick.
6. Pour into bundt pan and smooth top.
7. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until cake is nicely browned on top and beginning to pull away from the sides of pan.
8. Let cool 10 minutes, then run a dull knife around inside and outer edges of pan to loosen.
9. Unmold onto a wire rack and allow to cool completely before slicing.
