Turkey Tenderloin w/Tomato Cream Sauce

List of Ingredients
2 turkey tenderloins, cut in pieces
2 Tbsp. butter
seasoned salt,pepper and nutmeg
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms,sliced
1/4 cup onion-finely chopped
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/2 cup dry sherry
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 cup whipping cream
2 medium tomoatoes(seeded and chopped in large chunks)
1/4 cup parsley(chopped)Recipe
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Season turkey with seasoned salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Add turkey to skillet and brown lightly. Remove turkey to 1 1/2 quart baking dish. To skillet, add the mushrooms and onions and saute' for two minutes. Add the basil,sherry, mustard and cream. Cook for 4 minutes or until slightly thickend, stirring occasionally. Pour sauce over turykey and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Add the tomato chunks, stir and bake 5 minutes more or until heated through-sprinkle with parsley before serving.
