    Honey Barbeque Chicken

    Yummy served over rice. Sauce could also be used for spare ribs.


    List of Ingredients


    • Chicken Pieces
    • 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
    • 1/2 cup liquid honey
    • 1/3 cup chopped onion
    • Soy sauce to taste


    Instructions


    1. Flour and season the chicken. Bake in the oven until the juices run clear.
    2. Mix together the sauce ingredients and cover the chicken. Continue baking another 15 or so minutes.
