Cheese Ball

I first tried this at a Christmas party years ago.





List of Ingredients



• 2-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese,softened
  
• 1-8 oz. can crushed pineapple,well drained
  
• 1 c. chopped pecans, plus more to roll ball in (1/2 c. - 1 c.)
  
• 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
  
• 2 T. finely chopped onion
  
• 1 T. seasoning salt
  






Instructions



1. Mix all ingredients together well(except extra pecans).
   
2. Form into a ball and chill slightly.
   
3. Roll ball in remaining pecans.
   
4. Wrap and refrigerate.
   






Final Comments


Makes one big or two small balls. Don't forget the crackers!
