    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 lb. Velveeta Lite
    • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
    • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
    • 1 can Rotel tomatoes


    Instructions


    1. Brown ground beef, drain. Add the rest of the ingredients. Heat until cheese is melted.
    2. You can add onion and garlic powder if you like.
